A Call to Courage

Alix is trying to manage a new life away from her family in the most challenging times. As she studies in France and sparks a romance with fellow student Raoul, a militant and stubborn partner, she soon learns young love isn't as sweet or simple as she imagined. But when Steve, a handsome and strapping American pilot, enters Alix's circle of friends - she can't ignore her feelings toward him. And making a decision will be even harder as both men leave for war. Worrying about her father in Serbia and her working nurse mother in England, Alix's only distraction is to do what she knows best: rebel, and join the resistance fight against war from the streets of Paris. But who will she reunite with, and who will her loyalties lie with?
