Amy and Daniel are very much in love and have a baby on the way. Their future looks even more perfect when Amy's brother, Marcus, announces his engagement. But then tragedy strikes, and Amy suddenly find herself in a very lonely place. Amy can't bear to go back to the house she shared with Daniel, so she moves in with Marcus and his best friend, Dean. Dean is gorgeous - and he knows it; his reputation as a womaniser is well-deserved. Amy wouldn't expect to get much support from someone as shallow as Dean appears to be, but at least he doesn't tiptoe around her like her other friends do.
