There are a lot of things that parents cannot control on often it seems like a child's worldview is determined by the environment into which they are born. We however believe that the early years are crucial in moulding the most positive worldviews for children. Despite individual circumstances, the habit of journaling, especially when guided helps children handle challenges better, happier in general and learn to have a 'cup half-full' approach to many different situations. This is a daily guided journal for children, to help them develop introspection, reflection, problem solving skills, help them to be more organised, help them to plan, help them to deal with challenges, encourage them to show kindness, encourage positive thinking and also encourage open and honest communication between parents and children. The prompts are easy to understand and follow, so children should be able to use the journal without any help from adults. However, it is also a fun bonding tool for parents and children. The amount of privacy around this journal is left to the discretion of the user(s).
