After 9/11, the U.S. struck a secretive deal to bury evidence against the Saudis involved in the attacks, with King Faisal agreeing to maintain oil supplies and address threats within his kingdom. However, when the king's nephew is found funding ISIS, the president doubts the Saudis' commitment to the agreement.
