Andrzej Wilanowski-Sulikowski, born on July 29, 1975, in Lipno, holds higher education credentials from the Catholic University of Lublin, where he completed a master's thesis in theology, and has pursued postgraduate studies in social prevention and resocialization at the Higher Vocational School in Konin. He also undertook doctoral studies in theology at the Christian Academy of Theology.
