Samara had her hopes, dreams and expectations dashed, after falling into an ambush and managing to escape a trafficking network. Far from Mozambique, her native country, Samara must find her way in this new world, the world of Thailand. She doesn't know anyone, she doesn't have anyone, she has nowhere to go. Luckily for her, she finds two people, Than and Thype, who might just be the friendly help she not only wants but needs to escape her past demons. Although her heritage initially sets her apart from the rest of Thailand's citizens, causing her to stand out and undergo treatment unlike anyone else, soon everyone she meets can see that she is the nicest person they will ever meet, and with their help she can maybe, just maybe, be free.
