Necroscope

Set aboard a crowded cruise ship, the story follows a Lord and Lady of the Wamphyri evading E-Branch and the new Necroscope, Jake Cutter. As the ship disappears, the remaining passengers undergo a horrifying transformation, losing their humanity.
