A Sea Symphony

The choral symphony, conducted by Vaughan Williams on his 38th birthday, premiered at the Leeds Music Festival in 1910 and has remained a staple in the symphonic repertoire. The text is adapted from Walt Whitman's "Leaves of Grass." This digitally restored score, originally published by Stainer and Bell around 1920, is now available at an accessible price.
