Focusing on the socio-psychological behavior of pupils with emotional-behavioral disorders (EBD), this study explores the impact of a self-application strategy in a quasi-experimental design. Conducted with eighty primary school pupils in Nigeria, it examines gender effects and utilizes a self-management approach with teacher guidance. The research employed a rating scale for identification and analyzed data through ANCOVA, guided by four research questions and eight hypotheses to assess the effectiveness of the intervention.
