Inspired by his granddaughter, the author compiled years of writings from three-by-five notebooks into a book for their family. During the process of transferring these materials, she encouraged him to pursue publication. This led to the decision to seek a publisher, ultimately resulting in collaboration with Christian Faith Publishing. The narrative highlights the personal and familial motivation behind the creation of the book, emphasizing the bond between generations and the journey of bringing cherished memories to a wider audience.
