The Outlaw of Torn

Set in 13th century England, the narrative follows Norman of Torn, a fictional outlaw entangled in the conflict between King Henry III and Simon de Montfort. Raised by his father, a former fencing master with a vendetta against the king, Norman is molded into a ruthless warrior with a deep-seated animosity towards the English. However, his violent path takes an unexpected turn when a priest befriends him, introducing him to literacy and the ideals of chivalry, challenging his brutal upbringing.
