It highlights a groundbreaking dual approach that merges immune-checkpoint inhibition with GNS-mediated photothermal nanotherapy. This combination not only effectively eliminates primary tumors but also stimulates immune responses capable of targeting and treating distant, untreated tumors in a mouse model.
