The Master of Rain

Shanghai, 1926 - an Imperial city, full of exiles, gun-runners and gangsters, where everything is for sale. For Richard Field, it is a place where anything seems possible. His first police assignment is the brutal murder of a young Russian, Lena Orlov, but he soon finds murky depths to the city.
