Racial Climates, Ecological Indifference: An Ecointersectional Analysis

Focusing on the intersection of climate justice and systemic racism, this work presents an ecointersectional approach inspired by Black feminist theorists. It highlights the complexities of racial climates often ignored in environmental justice discussions. The author argues that genuine environmental protection cannot be achieved without simultaneously addressing systemic inequities, emphasizing the necessity of integrating anti-racist efforts into climate action. This book serves as a critical contribution to understanding the intertwined nature of ecological and racial injustices.
