Focusing on structural integrity, this work analyzes the chassis of a mobile concrete plant with an erectable silo, addressing deformation issues in beams where hydraulic cylinders are attached. Through a Von Mises stress analysis using SolidWorks - Simulation, the author identifies stress concentration areas and designs a new truss chassis to better support maximum stresses. The design process utilizes MDSolid 4.0 for stress calculations, leading to a refined structural analysis that enhances the plant's functionality and safety.
