Streets of Gold

Set in 1901, the story follows Marisia, a young girl who flees Poland with her family but faces separation at Ellis Island due to her sister's illness. Alone with her brother Stefan in New York's Lower East Side, Marisia navigates the challenges of immigrant life while pursuing her dream of becoming an artist.
