In a postapocalyptic world, Leon, a soldier wrongfully imprisoned, embarks on a perilous mission to retrieve a dangerous weapon known as Tsugumi from a mutated, monster-infested Japan. As he navigates this treacherous landscape, Leon encounters the Sky People, who reveal connections to Tsugumi's past. Their journey leads them to a derelict facility, where they discover a potential cure for radiation sickness and crucial research notes.
