Avian Mycoplasmosis

Focusing on the challenges posed by avian mycoplasmosis, this work addresses its significant impact on the poultry industry, particularly among breeder flocks. It highlights the main culprits, Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae, which lead to chronic respiratory disease. The study emphasizes the importance of accurate diagnosis as a crucial first step in disease control and compares various diagnostic tools and treatment methods, both in vivo and in vitro, to improve management strategies against this persistent pathogen.
