Focusing on the effectiveness of Dual Modality in Professional Technical Education, this research examines the Administration specialty at the Monseñor Guillermo Carlos Hartl Educational Complex in Chile. It explores how curricular innovations and the involvement of various teaching agents enhance the development of basic competencies among 4th-year students in Dual mode. The study also contrasts these outcomes with those of Electricity specialty students who do not participate in the Dual Modality, aiming to assess the integrated curriculum's impact on achieving professional profiles.
