The study investigates employee attitudes toward female managers in selected branches of the Ethiopian banking industry. It aims to identify any unfavorable attitudes that may exist and assess the overall perception of female leadership among employees. Utilizing a cross-sectional survey method and the Woman As Manager Scale (WAMS), the research gathers data from various sources, including magazines and websites. The findings are expected to provide insights that can benefit female managers across different organizations, promoting a better understanding of gender dynamics in leadership roles.
