Focusing on the integration of technology in special education, this study examines the experiences of 53 teachers in Baguio City. It assesses the availability and effectiveness of technological tools in schools catering to students with special learning needs. Findings reveal that both the availability and effectiveness of these technologies are limited, highlighting challenges faced in their integration. This research underscores the importance of addressing these issues to better support the skill development and educational success of students with special needs.
