Westward Bound, Alone

A teenager named Dan endures a harrowing journey after escaping from an underground prison, only to find himself alone on the prairie. Forced to navigate north for water while the wagon train heads west, he faces isolation and survival challenges for four years. Along the way, he encounters various groups, including Native Americans, miners, and trappers, and ultimately reunites with his old friend Moss, a mountain man. Throughout his adventure, Dan is also on the trail of a killer, adding a layer of suspense to his quest for survival.
