Moral Panic within British Society caused by the Mass Media

Focusing on the moral panic surrounding youth crime, this research investigates whether such concerns are warranted. Utilizing secondary research methods, it analyzes media portrayals, theoretical frameworks, and the influence of social class and role models. By examining actual statistics, the study aims to clarify the true extent of youth crime and its potential causes. Additionally, it considers the objectives set for youth justice in the context of the 2010 general election, providing a comprehensive understanding of the issue.
