Focusing on the relationship between locus of control and attitudes toward seeking counseling, this study investigates secondary school students in Dodoma Municipality, Tanzania. Utilizing a correlational design with both qualitative and quantitative methods, the findings reveal a significant but weak negative correlation between the two factors. The book critically examines the implications of these results and offers policy recommendations, alongside suggestions for future research to enhance understanding and accessibility of counseling services in educational settings.
