Shades of a Warrior

BJ Maki, a ninth-grader, senses an evil force wreaking havoc near his Lake Superior home. Guided by mysterious messages, he seeks the Red Hand Warrior for protection. However, his quest takes an unexpected turn when he emerges from a cave to discover that the warrior he is meant to find exists 500 years in the past. This adventure intertwines present danger with historical elements, as BJ navigates a journey that spans time to safeguard his family and community.
