Moe Prager, an ex-NYPD cop turned private investigator, is drawn back to Coney Island when his old friend Larry McDonald, the NYPD Chief of Detectives, seemingly commits suicide. As he navigates the familiar yet decaying landscape, Moe uncovers a dark web of death, betrayal, and corruption that stretches back to 1972.
