Adult Refugees learning in the German dual VET workplace (GdVET)

Focusing on the learning experiences of refugees within the German dual vocational education and training (GdVET) system, this thesis examines the dynamics of interactions between German employees and refugees. It investigates the significance of group learning in the workplace and identifies key factors that facilitate the refugees' educational progress. The research highlights the complexities of integration and the shared learning environment in a vocational setting.
