Maxon Roads smoked his first joint in Vietnam, in 1968, at the age of twenty. He was also in his first year of becoming a professional Trucker. Not knowing what his future held, Maxon continued driving and smoking marijuana down that never ending ribbon of road. In 1988, Maxon decided to tell his story, and it was then that he wrote this manuscript. However, because Max had to rely on his job to earn a living, he felt he couldn't have his story published. Now, thirty years have passed since that first joint, and after safely traveling over two and a half million miles, Max believes it is time to shatter the "MYTH" that keeps America in bonds.
