CROW’S LAKE is a follow-up to an earlier book titled, THE CROW’S NEST. Both are murder mysteries intertwined with a story about love and life.Bo Hasbrook has returned to his home town after 5 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. Things have changed while he was away; his former boss is dead at the hands of a murderer who has yet to be caught and the ranch is now in the hands of the dead man’s niece. As Bo puzzles over recent happenings he becomes friends with her and together they tend to the needs of the ranch, while working to clear Bo’s name and bring the killer to justice. They begin to build a new life together and just as they think they have all the pieces fitting together perfectly a new mystery is unveiled.
