I express my eternal gratitude to the Holy Spirit for inspiring this book. The journey began in 2008, but I initially set it aside for editing and illustrations. Attending a promotion event for Eulene Greenland's book motivated me to complete my work. I thank Lena Woodhouse, who inspired the title A Boy Named Jesus, and Dr. Noel Paris for his approval of the text. My granddaughter, Brenna R. Coy, shared the book with her daughter, Brielle George, and they both loved it. Special thanks to Millicent James for her invaluable suggestions and initial funding for publication. I also appreciate the support from Eulene and Millicent during the final review and editing process. My dear friend Aurille Moore has been a constant source of inspiration, along with Chanda Lennon and Patricia Brown, who assisted with editing. The boy Jesus grew into the man Christ Jesus, impacting countless lives. Even as a child, he touched many hearts, and he continues to make a difference today for those who allow him into their lives. I encourage readers to let Christ Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, guide them and to engage with God's holy Word. I hope this book serves as an inspiration to all who read and hear it.
