In an attempt to revamp Cleveland's economy by building casinos also giving the flats a face lift to attract more visitors to the city, but with the rise in drug related homicides investors are beginning to reconsider.To become a homicide detective is my ambition but never knew my wife and unborn child would be my first real case!
