It means getting health care when you need it, wherever you are, based on medical need, not your ability to pay. It means longer and better quality of life for you and your family. With a new system of progressive taxes, 95 percent of Americans will pay less than they do now for health insurance and care. For our country, Medicare for All will bring improved health of our population, help for the labor market and the economy, and savings with less bureaucracy and waste.
