This book is about building a conscious, positive and sustainable organization focusing on creating an individualistic character of the organization. It introduces the concept of Vichaar Aachaar Prachaar (VAP) to construct a universal leadership model with an intent to lay the foundation for a strong and responsible organizational conscience. The concept of Vichaar refers to the organizational thought process and culture, which forms its immune system. The concept of Aachaar expounds the behaviour of the people and their actions, which emanates from culture, both at an individual as well as organizational level. It identifies the importance of managing self as well as money. The concept of Prachaar is about the strong leadership required, to propagate the organizational philosophy both within the organization and to the society, at large. It weighs the importance of building trust with the community in which the organization operates. I call these three aspects as Value Aided Progression (VAP) with the aim that an organizational ecosystem does not degrade its value system, which is pertinent for its sustainability, in the long run. This book explores to rediscover the most important asset, which is YOU. It helps you to enhance your thinking ability, translate your thoughts into value-based actions and propagate the same into the society, to build trust.
