The JJ's book series are story book devotionals that tell the stories of a boy named JJ who is learning what it means to be a Christian. As young readers see JJ learning about his faith they gain the tools they need to help them build theirs. As they see how JJ's faith plays out in everyday situations, they learn how they can live out the teachings in the Bible as well. The discussion questions at the end of each book will help parents engage their young ones in conversations that will help to reinforce how the lessons from the stories apply to their lives.In JJ's Glorious Gift, when JJ wants God to give him superpowers, his Sunday school teacher tasks him with a very special assignment. As JJ starts to recognize the gifts God has given to his family but not to him, he wonders if God forgot to give him a special gift. But with help from 1 Corinthians 12:7 and 1 Corinthians 14:12, he learns that the gift he has is more powerful than he first imagined.
