They wield immense power, seen as superheroes by the public, yet their actions reveal a darker agenda. As they exploit young girls for a secret breeding program, they remain oblivious to the friendships that form in the shadows. One man, however, is resolute in his mission to rescue a girl caught in their web, igniting a fight against the oppressive regime.
