Our author AYMAN KHALIL is a consultant general and vascular surgery, researcher, and publisher. He is interested in management of challenging and complicated cases of such patients that are in urgent need to help. Ayman is going to publish a series of books that collect such challenging case reports of his own work done in EGYPT to be published internationally to upgrade our experience and improve our management plans of such difficult cases. Starting by this book of 5 case reports: COVID-19 pandemic and its high risk of thrombosis; saving the hand after severe crush injury by implantation of the hand into the abdomen; a case report of Giant Popliteal Artery Aneurysm; Impalement injury of the axilla of a construction worker with an iron road; and the last case is saving the limb of a young guy after brachial artery injury with critical limb ischemia. AYMAN hopes his readers either medical professionals or even normal people interested in medical issues love his book and find it beneficial to help those poor patients who are seeking for a chance to live.
