Athena Romano is at a crossroad in her life. Her career is taking a new and exciting direction, and she is happy living in her childhood home near the ocean on Cape Cod. Athena discovers she likes the challenge, but she cannot get involved with a man who lives on the other end of the country and who will soon be her daughter's brother in law, so she flies home. She has a great deal to think about and she wants more adventure in her life, but it is a long way from Cape Cod to Texas.
