Often, we ask kids what they want to be when they grow up. But in the process we fail to acknowledge the difference between passion and profession. This book aims to teach kids to rather focus on who they want to be while encouraging them to choose their passion. It is only when they love what they do, the career that they choose will me meaningful. Children will thrive when they are motivated to follow their dreams. When we ask a child what they want to be, we are only focusing on a career; but when rather ask them who they want to be we help them build their identity.
