The aim of the study is to understand the contribution of the new technology environments Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the learning process, through secondary and primary sources, in distance learning models for innovation in technological learning, in order to offer opportunities for new knowledge training at national and international level, with the contribution of various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
