Collaborative approach tries to achieve two important goals in the classroom: creating an action-oriented environment and demonstrating care for the learners. Collaborative learning acted as an effective way to achieve their goals. It helped in understanding about another individual and it also helps to know how they think about themselves. In collaborative learning approaches, teachers could take some tasks that learners take. Collaborative learning provides learners with diverse learning styles; it is an effective strategy for the learners of different learning level. The results should interest all educationalists, especially those who advocate an innovative method for instruction and help specially-gifted learners. Researcher experienced with collaborative learning confirmed that learners are engaged actively and their achievement is great. Johnson and Johnson (1994) concluded that groups make better decisions than individuals because they generate a large number of creative ideas and strategies; are more likely than individuals to reject problematic solutions, and have more accurate memory than individuals.
