This second volume offers significantly more material than can be covered in a one-semester course, potentially omitting many valuable applications that connect to various areas of mathematics. We encourage students to explore this material independently, and teachers may find it beneficial for undergraduate seminars. For an overview, please refer to the table of contents and chapter introductions. As emphasized previously, completing the numerous exercises is crucial for grasping the subject matter and enhances the main text. The writing of this volume benefited from the support of many individuals.
