Writer Brandon Jerwa and artist Pow Rodrix clearly enjoy playing with these characters, delivering a pulpy, Roger Corman-esque adventure that brings all the necessary action, intrigue, and characterization that comic readers crave... without forgetting that comics can be fun, too.
