It highlights the growing issue of career anxiety among students and its effects on their motivation. The research identifies differences in these factors based on students' fields of study and explores the interplay between academic climate, teacher-student relationships, and motivation. Results indicate that both teacher-student relationships and academic climate are significant predictors of motivation, with career anxiety moderating these relationships.
