Focusing on university students, this study examines how teacher-student relationships and academic climate impact academic motivation. It highlights the growing issue of career anxiety among students and its effects on their motivation. Results indicate that both teacher-student relationships and academic climate are significant predictors of motivation, with career anxiety moderating these relationships.
