Late Man

Jay Emerson emerges from a mental institution into a drastically transformed 1960s society, reminiscent of Rip Van Winkle. Struggling to adapt, he grapples with the loss of the counterculture he once knew, as music and lifestyle have shifted to a superficial disco era. Friends have become unrecognizable, embracing materialism and conventional jobs. His quest for understanding is compounded by the mystery surrounding his former girlfriend's fate, driving him to navigate a world that feels both alien and disheartening.
